Our Board of Directors serve as representatives of the Geauga County community through appointments made by two appointing authorities. The Geauga County Commissioners appoints six of the Board positions, while the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services appoints three positions, for a total of nine members. They are appointed for a four-year term and may be reappointed for a second four-year term.
