Persuade
Refer

If you think someone you know may be suicidal think QPR;

Question them and ask if they are considering suicide.

Persuade them to talk.

Refer them to the appropriate professional help.

If you feel that danger is imminent, do not leave them alone. Call 9-1-1 or the Geauga County Cope-Line at 440-285-5665 or toll free at 1-888-285-5665.

If you have any questions about the Geauga County Suicide Prevention Coalition, contact the Mental Health Association in Geauga County and NAMI Geauga at 440-285-3945.

Help to spread the word to stamp out the stigma about suicide.

Make it easier for people to get the help that they need.
